The Urban Rituelle team celebrated International Women’s Day 2018 with an acknowledgment to the contribution our entire team make towards gender equality, both professionally & personally.The international theme of #PressForProgress resonated with the team who are proudly based on gender equality including equal pay and equal opportunities in the workplace.

Creative Director and Co-Founder Leanne is a strong advocate for creating opportunities that enable working mothers to enjoy full-filling careers and motherhood with as much balance and harmony as possible. As a working mother of two children, Leanne is passionate about ensuring her team is supported while navigating their individual sense of balance.

Leanne relishes her status as a Business Chicks Power Player, an exclusive Entrepreneurial Network that allows her to interact with other strong, successful Entrepreneurs continuing learning and growing from a truly inspiring team of women.
