Terms & Conditions for Retail Customers
Welcome to Urban Rituelle’s website. By using the website you agree that your use of the website is subject to these terms. Please read them carefully. Urban Rituelle may from time to time amend these terms without prior notice.
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Kalish Trading Pty Ltd ABN 66 086 450 179, trading as Urban Rituelle. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Urban Rituelle. Urban Rituelle offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
ORDERS
An order submitted by you is an offer by you to purchase the goods for the price plus the delivery charge as shown at the time of submission of your order and any applicable additional delivery charge or international delivery charge.
Once you have made your selection and your order has been placed on our website, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order - “Order Confirmation”. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
We may need to reject your order in cases where we are unable to fulfil your order for certain reasons beyond our control, such as , but not limited to, goods are no longer available, or we are unable to receive authorisation for payment from your chosen payment facilitator.
Please note that we do not permit individuals buying our products for reselling or redistribution, this includes but is not limited to eBay sites, Facebook marketplace or local market stalls. If you wish to be a distributer or stockist of our products, please register your interest here or email info@urbanrituelle.com.au.
Unless your order is cancelled, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Urban Rituelle will be completed when we (or our authorised agents) email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched and have been handed over to the designated carrier.
Each order that you place will, if accepted by Urban Rituelle, be a separate and binding agreement between you and Urban Rituelle with respect to the supply of the relevant goods, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If you place an order for someone else to receive the goods you must obtain their consent before providing Urban Rituelle with their personal information and, by placing an order, you confirm to Urban Rituelle that you have done this.
If you do not have an account, you may be asked to create one when ordering on the Urban Rituelle website, unless you utilise the “Guest Checkout” feature.
Please ensure that you have entered all information carefully when creating an account. You warrant to Urban Rituelle that all information provided by you in relation to your account is true and accurate. You must notify Urban Rituelle immediately if you become aware of any actual or potential unauthorised use of your password or account. You may not set up an account for someone else.
There is no minimum order requirement for retail customers.
Orders placed online are normally dispatched within 2 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or refund.
PRODUCTS
Products made available on our retail site, including any samples or free gifts Urban Rituelle may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from Urban Rituelle without authorisation.
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images and videos of our products that are on offer for purchase. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour or size will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, and the countries, jurisdiction that we offer these to.
Although we try and keep our site up to date at all times, some information, descriptions, photographs and prices on our site may not always reflect the most recent correct information. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Prices shown on our site are Australian dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon displaying on our site.
Our product prices are inclusive of GST, but exclude shipping and handling fees which will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
Products and prices held in your shopping cart, does not reserve the price for the product at that time, and prices are only reserved at the time an order has been placed and paid for in full.
PAYMENTS
All orders must be placed and paid for in full before shipment / delivery.
Payments can be made via credit card (Visa, Mastercard & AMEX), Debit card, Paypal, Afterpay (subject to Afterpays Terms of Service), ZipPay (subject to ZipPays Terms and Conditions), Applepay and Googlepay. When paying with any of these payment methods, you must pay using a card or account that belongs to you or you must have permission to use another persons card or account. If a payment provider refuses payment to us, we are not liable for any delays or non-delivery of your order.

Urban Rituelle’s credit card transactions are fulfilled by a banking institution authorised under the laws applicable to this website. When collecting credit card information for online purchases, we offer secured server transactions that encrypt your information in transit to prevent others from accessing it. All information is stored on a secure server. Your credit card details are encrypted and then removed from our system once your order has been dispatched.
Although Urban Rituelle engages all reasonable efforts to safeguard the security of your information, transmissions made on or through the internet cannot be guaranteed to be entirely secure. Please contact your financial institution immediately if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.
Urban Rituelle may include links on our website to websites owned by other parties. We are not in any way responsible for the material contained on these sites, nor are we responsible for the availability of these sites. Urban Rituelle does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, including advertising or products offered on these sites, nor are we responsible for any damage, offence or loss caused as the result of visiting these websites.

GIFT CARDS
Urban Rituelle’s Gift Cards are available for purchase on our website in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order) For security purposes our maximum Gift Card value to purchase online is $200 AUD. If you wish to purchase a higher amount, please contact our Customer Care team via email info@urbanrituelle.com.au. Urban Rituelle gift cards are valid for redemption at www.urbanrituelle.com.au. Gift Cards are treated by Urban Rituelle as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices. This means that Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts. Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:
-They do not include GST and they cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts.
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift Card purchase amounts can be purchased in the following monetary values: $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175 and $200. As previously mentioned, if you wish to purchase amounts outside of this, please contact us at info@urbanrituelle.com.au. Amounts deposited on an Urban Rituelle gift card are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can only be redeemed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Urban Rituelle cannot accept cancellations on Gift Cards once payment has been processed. Gift cards are not refundable (in part or in full amount paid) or redeemable for cash.
PROMOTIONS AND SALE PERIODS
While we enjoy customer participation, we can only accept one promotion code per order. Promotions are conditional upon quantity and specified time frame. If you have difficulty in processing any promotions, please contact us. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for the latest promotions.
Code driven offers require the relevant coupon code to be applied at the cart or checkout stage of order.
Coupon codes cannot be added to completed orders and no refund or bonus products will be offered if promotion was not completed correctly.
Urban Rituelle reserves the right to amend details of any promotion at anytime.
Multiple offers cannot be applied to a single order unless specified and all promotional discount codes exclude Digital Gift Cards.
SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
Our social media pages are a place of wellness tips, happiness and sharing of daily Rituelle inspiration for all our customers. While we do our very best to read and respond to as many comments as possible, please understand at times this may not be the case. If your enquiry is urgent or if you would like to discuss a matter further, please contact our Customer Care team via email info@urbanrituelle.com.au and the team we will be able to assist your directly.
If you tag any images with any of our brand social media handles (@urbanrituelle) you are voluntarily submitting the content and give Urban Rituelle the unrestricted right to use, in any capacity without limitation and compensation.
Urban Rituelle in its complete discretion, reserves the right to remove posts it considers offensive, irrelevant, hurtful or spam. Promotion for commercial services will be removed unless prior permission has been received or you are an official Urban Rituelle partner / stockist.
REVIEWS
Urban Rituelle promotes a positive platform in order to support our customers wellbeing and healthy happy lives. We publish product reviews on our website that assist other customers make informed selections on products that are constructive in feedback. Please understand we do not publish reviews that are abusive, unhelpful or against our helping supportive values.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content, including the Urban Rituelle brand and all other trademarks, trade names and logos made available to you on or through this website remain the property of Kalish Trading Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) (“Urban Rituelle”) or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, duplicate, copy, sell, distribute or otherwise reproduce or exploit, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise without prior authorisation.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Urban Rituelle, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Urban Rituelle.
