We Love Women Who Support Women

Today the team at Urban Rituelle celebrated International Women’s Day with a delightful morning tea.

The team baked delicious goodies to share & we spent the time talking about this year’s IWD theme #breakthebias & what this meant for each of us.

We celebrated all the girls & women using their voices & talents to create change for future generations of women. We also spoke about our individual responsibility to break gender bias through our own thoughts & actions.

We acknowledged that when women support each other, incredible things happen.

This year we are proud to support Share The Dignity, a women's charity in Australia, that works to make a real difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or doing it tough.

They are working on ending the shame and stigma around periods through their Period Pride campaign.

As a team, we collected & donated period products as well as cash donations, which will be distributed directly to charities across Australia.

We are incredibly proud of our generous team of 18 fabulous women & 2 awesome guys!!
