The gig…

The Customer Care / Account Coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing customer service, customer care, and key accounts. The primary focus is to enhance customer relations, drive sales revenue, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. This role involves proactive communication with existing and new customers, supporting the Leadership Team, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company by delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales revenue.

You’re passionate about customer care:

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service.
  • Accountable for creating and supporting a distinctive customer experience through a product, sales, and customer-centric culture.
  • Communicate with new and existing customers to provide exceptional service and build successful business relationships.
  • Manage and respond to all wholesale and retail customer queries and feedback via email, phone, and social media channels.
  • Handle inbound and make outbound calls to maintain proactive customer relationships.
  • Assist the Leadership Team in managing customer relations.
  • Provide customer service in the Urban Rituelle boutique (located under our company office).
  • Develop and coordinate correspondence of proforma invoices, order forms, catalogues, and marketing materials.
  • Support the Leadership Team and directors with general administrative and business support.

You have a knack for building relationships (Sales / Account Coordination):

  • Build strong working relationships with key accounts (including wholesale & hospitality accounts).
  • Communicate with external sales agents to build strong working relationships, while assisting external team to increase sales revenue & achieve company sales targets.
  • Initiate and develop new business opportunities alongside leadership team, to increase sales revenue and meet company targets.
  • Assist sales agents with requests, including samples, and marketing collateral.
  • Contribute / oversee data collection to build on and grow the existing customer database.
  • Maintain & update database & activities using MYOB & Salesforce.

Plus you love to get amongst the company growth initiatives:

  • Support Directors on company projects as required to support company development & growth.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
  • Assist with brand collaborations and influencer campaigns.
  • Attend trade fairs twice per year.
  • Attend warehouse sales twice per year.

About you:

We are looking for an individual with previous relevant experience and more importantly, an attitude that suits a small business with a highly driven, high performing team. You have:

  • Proven experience in customer care, account coordination, and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MYOB or similar database management tools.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to initiate and develop new business opportunities.
