June Online Warehouse Sale FAQs

•EOFY Online Warehouse Sale is available to shop on www.urbanrituelle.com.au. The sale will NOT be available to purchase at the Urban Rituelle Caringbah boutique.

 

•Sale period is from June 16th until June 21st.

 

•Due to current restrictions surrounding COVID-19 ‘Click & Collect’ will NOT be available. All orders purchased during the sale will be shipped via Australia Post & delivered to the customer.

 

•The Urban Rituelle Online Warehouse sale is a retail promotion only. Discount is applied to RRP.

 

•Discount is redeemed when the promo code EOFYSALE is entered at checkout. A refund will not be issued for the applicable discounted amount if the customer forgets to enter the promo code at checkout, or for any other user error.

 

•EOFYSALE promo code is not eligible to be used with any other promo code or gift voucher. Only ONE promo code can be entered at checkout per order.

 

•Items purchased at sale price will not be eligible for exchange. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind purchases.

 

•As a direct result of the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, all customers should PLEASE NOTE that during this time Urban Rituelle is not accepting returns to the Urban Rituelle Warehouse for bath and body care products.

 

•We kindly ask that you do not attempt to return these items to the Urban Rituelle warehouse. This is for the health and safety of our warehouse team to prevent the spread of illness.
